YARD DEBRIS DUMPSTER COMING

What: Dumpster for scotch broom & debris

When: May 24-26, 2024

Where: Sandpiper Dr.

Kiwanda Shores homeowners are required by the CC&Rs to keep their lots free from scotch broom. Each year on Memorial Day weekend, we provide a yard debris dumpster to help with cleanup. It’s also a good idea for fire safety to clear around your home and remove dead tree limbs and other debris. Look for it on Sandpiper near the South gate.

*Urgent Reminder*

No wood fires or fireworks ANYWHERE in Kiwanda Shores or on the upper beach. As per Tillamook County restrictions, fires on lower beach only and at least 50 feet from any vegetation or piles of driftwood.
